Who is eligible to be enrolled in this program?

Any individual or couple who provides Lazydays^® with a New Qualified Referral as described on page two. The New Qualified Referral may not be a prior Qualified Referral or prior customer of Lazydays.

You will receive rewards and recognition for letting us take great care of your friends and family.

How can I be enrolled in the program?

Complete and return the attached business reply cards, or call our Program

Is there any time limit to this program?

It is our current intention that this program will continue for many years to come.

Question 5
How many Friends & Family rallies may I attend?

You will be invited to the next scheduled rally when you provide us with one or more New Qualified Referrals since the last scheduled rally. The invitation itself is NOT a guarantee of rally attendance. Reservations are required and subject to space availability.

Question 6
What do I receive each time I achieve a new award level of Associate I or higher?

You will receive recognition in the form of a $100 American Express®
gift cheque from Lazydays and an award certificate or plaque. You must attend a Friends & Family rally in order to receive the additional rewards listed in the Award Level chart on page two.

Question 7
Do I receive a $100 American Express® gift cheque and my award
certificate or plaque if I do not attend a Friends & Family rally?

Upon request, we will send them to your home address or any other address you prefer.
